PatchLogix is a production studio for embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion and custom patches, serving embroidery shops, promotional product distributors, apparel brands, teams and organizations across the United States. Every file is made by hand, and every patch is produced in-house.
A logo that looks perfect on screen can turn into puckered stitches, blurry prints or a patch that doesn’t look like the brand. Usually the artwork isn’t the problem — the files are.
So we do the unglamorous part properly: digitizers who plan every stitch for the fabric it will sew on, vector artists who redraw by hand instead of auto-tracing, and a patch workflow that starts with a mockup you approve, not a guess.

Production first
A file is only good if it runs cleanly on the machine. We build for the garment, not the screen.
Straight answers
If text is too small to stitch or a design won’t work as a patch, we tell you — and suggest what will.
Firm prices
The quote is the price. No charges for formats, and free edits until you’re satisfied with the same design.
Your artwork stays yours
Files are private, stored securely and never reused or shown without permission.
