What is the minimum order for custom patches?
Our minimum is 10 pieces per design. There are no setup fees, and the price per patch drops as quantity increases.
How long do custom patches take?
You get a free mockup in 24 hours. After approval, production takes 10–14 business days after approval, plus shipping. Rush production of 7 business days is available on request.
How much do custom patches cost?
Price depends on patch type, size, colors and quantity. Larger orders cost less per piece — as low as $1.50 per patch at volume. Upload your design for a free, exact quote.
Can I see my patch before I pay?
Yes. Every order starts with a free digital mockup showing size, colors, border and backing. Production starts only after you approve it.
Do you make Velcro patches?
Yes. Any patch type can have hook-and-loop backing, and we can supply the matching loop side on request.
