What is a PVC patch?

A PVC patch is molded from soft polyvinyl chloride instead of stitched from thread. It’s waterproof, fade-resistant and keeps sharp detail and bright colors, which makes it ideal for tactical and outdoor use, morale patches, and gear that sees rain, sweat and abrasion.

PVC patches are flexible, easy to clean and almost impossible to wear out — the go-to for tactical gear, outdoor brands, bags and hats.

Every patch is made in-house by our own production team.

Frequently asked questions

Are PVC patches waterproof?

Yes. PVC doesn’t absorb water, so it won’t fade, fray or shrink when wet.

Are PVC patches more expensive than embroidered?

Small runs can cost more because each design needs a mold. At higher quantities the price per patch is very competitive.

Can PVC patches be sewn on?

Yes. We add a sewing channel around the edge, or a hook-and-loop backing for removable use.

Can you make glow-in-the-dark PVC patches?

Yes. Glow-in-the-dark PVC is available for any color area — ask for it in your quote.
