The basics
What is vector art conversion?
Vector art conversion means redrawing a pixel-based image (JPG, PNG, GIF or a photo) as mathematical paths and shapes. Unlike pixels, vectors scale to any size — from a business card to a billboard — without blurring, and each color can be separated for printing, cutting or engraving.
Online auto-tracers produce lumpy edges, hundreds of stray nodes and muddy colors. We trace every curve by hand, rebuild fonts where possible, and deliver clean, editable files your printer won’t send back.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to convert a logo to vector?
Simple text or one-to-two-color logos start at $10. Multi-color logos are around $20 and detailed illustrations start at $35+. You get a firm quote before work begins.
What’s the difference between raster and vector?
Raster images (JPG, PNG) are made of pixels and blur when enlarged. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are made of paths and stay sharp at any size, which is why printers, sign makers and engravers ask for them.
Can you vectorize a low-resolution or blurry image?
Yes. We redraw the artwork by hand, so the final vector is clean even if your source image is small, blurry or photographed at an angle.
Is it auto-traced?
No. Every file is traced manually by an artist. Auto-trace tools create jagged edges and excess nodes that cause problems in cutting and printing.
Which file format should I ask for?
AI or EPS for most printers, SVG for web and cutting machines like Cricut, and PDF for general sharing. We include all of them.
