Revision & Refund Policy
We want every file to sew right and every patch to look right. Here’s how we make sure.
Embroidery digitizing and vector art
- Free edits: free edits until you’re satisfied with the same design. Send a photo of your stitch-out or a note describing the change.
- What counts as a new job: new artwork, a different design size that requires re-digitizing, or a new placement (for example, a cap version of a chest logo).
- Refunds: if we can’t deliver a usable file after reasonable edits, we refund the design fee in full.
Custom patches
- Mockup revisions: unlimited and free before you approve.
- After approval: production matches the approved mockup. Changes after approval may incur a charge if production has started.
- Defects: if patches arrive defective or don’t match the approved mockup, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll reprint or refund the affected patches.
- Not covered: spelling or design errors in an approved mockup, and the minor color and size variances described in our Terms of Service.
