This policy explains how PatchLogix (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you use our website or order our services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, shipping address, order details, and artwork or files you upload.
- Automatically collected: IP address (stored only as a one-way hash for security and abuse prevention), browser and device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To prepare quotes and deliver orders; to communicate with you about your order; to provide support; to improve our website and services; to prevent fraud and abuse; and, if you opt in, to send marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
3. Your artwork
Artwork you upload is used only to fulfill your request or order. It is stored in a private area of our server that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell, share or reuse your artwork, and we do not display it in our portfolio without your permission.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, payments, analytics and shipping carriers — under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses your browser’s local storage to remember how you first arrived (for example, from an ad campaign) so we can attribute quote requests correctly. It does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, this section will be updated to list them. You can clear site data at any time in your browser settings.
6. Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. Uploaded artwork is kept for up to 24 months to support re-orders, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
7. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and private storage to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures.
8. Your rights
Depending on your state — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email sales@patchlogix.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version.
