Woven vs embroidered patches
Woven patches use thinner threads woven tightly together, producing a flat, smooth surface that holds very fine detail and small lettering. Embroidered patches use thicker thread stitched on twill, giving a raised texture but less detail. Choose woven for intricate designs; choose embroidered for a classic, textured look.
