Terms of Service
By requesting a quote or placing an order with PatchLogix, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed when you approve a quote (digitizing and vector art) or a mockup (patches). Changes to design, size, quantity or turnaround after approval may change the price.
2. Your artwork and rights
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, trademarks and text you send us. You agree to indemnify PatchLogix against claims arising from artwork you supply. We may decline any order we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is unlawful or offensive.
3. Ownership of deliverables
After full payment, you own the delivered files and may use them without restriction. We may keep copies to support re-orders and edits. We will not use your work in our marketing without your permission.
4. Payment
Payment is due as described on your quote. Digitizing and vector work are paid after quote approval; patch orders are paid after mockup approval and before production. Trade accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Accepted methods: Credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer (ACH).
5. Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround times begin after quote or mockup approval and payment where required. Stated times are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss for shipped goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
6. Color and production variance
Thread, fabric, leather and PVC colors are matched as closely as possible but may vary slightly from on-screen colors. Finished patch sizes may vary by up to ±5%, and delivered quantities by up to ±3%.

8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including garments damaged during stitching. Always run a test sew-out before full production.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
