Trade program questions
Do I need a minimum monthly volume?
Trade pricing applies from 10+ designs per month. Smaller shops are welcome at standard pricing and can move up at any time.
Will my customers see your name?
No. Files, previews and patch packaging are unbranded, so you can present them as your own.
Can you match our existing file library?
Yes. Send a few past files and we’ll match your preferred density, underlay style and formats.
How fast are trade orders?
Trade accounts go to the front of our standard queue — 12–24 hours for digitizing — with rush available when a job can’t wait.
How does billing work?
Pay per order by Credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer (ACH), or apply for consolidated monthly invoicing once your account is approved.
