Custom patch prices depend on patch type, size, number of colors and quantity, so every order is quoted from your design. The minimum is 10 pieces, and the price per patch drops as quantity rises — as low as $1.50 per patch at volume.

Pricing questions
Is the quote the final price?
Yes. The quoted price is what you pay unless you change the design, size or quantity.
Do you charge for file formats?
No. Every format you need is included — DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, HUS, XXX, PEC, CND and EMB (on request) for embroidery and AI, EPS, PDF and SVG with a PNG preview for vector art.
Do you charge for edits?
No. Free edits until you’re satisfied with the same design. Changing the design itself (new artwork or a new size) is quoted as a new job.
Why is digitizing priced by stitch count?
Stitch count reflects the size and complexity of a design and the time it takes to digitize it well. Our tiers keep most logos at a single flat price, and only designs above a tier pay $1.00 per extra 1,000 stitches.
When do I pay?
Digitizing and vector work are paid after you approve the quote. Patches are paid after you approve the mockup, before production starts. We accept Credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer (ACH).
