Ordering

How do I place an order?

Upload your artwork on our quote page, choose the service and details, and we’ll email a firm quote within 2 business hours. Approve it and we start. Get a quote

What artwork can I send?

Anything: JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PSD, screenshots, sketches or phone photos. The clearer the image, the faster we work, but we can handle low-quality sources.

Are my files kept private?

Yes. Your artwork is used only for your order, never shared or reused, and stored securely outside our public website.

Do you work with customers outside the US?

Yes, although our service, pricing and support hours are set up for customers in the United States.

Embroidery digitizing

What is embroidery digitizing?

It’s converting artwork into a stitch file that tells an embroidery machine where and how to sew each stitch. Good digitizing accounts for the fabric, size and thread so the design sews cleanly. About digitizing

How much does digitizing cost?

From $12 for left-chest and cap logos up to 10,000 stitches, $20 for medium designs and $35 for jacket backs. See pricing

How long does digitizing take?

12–24 hours standard, or 6 hours with rush service.

What file format does my embroidery machine use?

Most commercial machines (Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Ricoma, Happy) use DST. Brother and Baby Lock use PES, Janome uses JEF, Melco and Bernina use EXP, and Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff use VP3. We include every format you need. Format guide

Do I need a separate file for caps?

Usually, yes. Caps need different sequencing and underlay than flat garments, so we recommend a cap-specific version.

What if the file doesn’t sew well?

Send a photo of the stitch-out. Free edits until you’re satisfied with the same design.

Can you edit an existing embroidery file?

Yes. We can resize, change colors, fix density or convert formats. Send the file for a quote.

Vector art

What is vector art?

Artwork made of paths instead of pixels, so it scales to any size without blurring. Printers, sign makers and engravers need it. About vector art

Do you auto-trace?

No. Every vector is drawn by hand for clean edges and minimal nodes.

Which vector formats do I get?

AI, EPS, PDF and SVG with a PNG preview.

Custom patches

What’s the minimum order for custom patches?

10 pieces per design, with no setup fees.

How long do custom patches take?

Mockup in 24 hours; production takes 10–14 business days after approval; rush production is 7 business days.

Which patch type should I choose?

Embroidered for a classic look, woven for fine detail, PVC for waterproof durability, chenille for varsity style, and leather for premium hats. Compare patch types

What backings are available?

Iron-on, sew-on, hook & loop (Velcro®), peel-and-stick adhesive and magnetic.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Mockup, setup and digitizing are included.

Do you ship across the US?

Yes — free standard shipping within the USA. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Where are the patches made?

Every patch is made in-house by our own production team.

Payment & policies

How do I pay?

Credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer (ACH).

When do I pay?

What’s your revision policy?
