Embroidered patches are stitched with polyester or rayon thread on a twill backing, giving a textured, raised look that holds up to repeated washing. They suit logos with bold shapes and moderate detail, and are the standard choice for uniforms, club patches and branded apparel.

We digitize every design ourselves before it’s stitched, so the patch looks like your logo — not an approximation of it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are embroidered patches washable?

Yes. Sewn-on embroidered patches hold up to regular machine washing. Iron-on patches last longest when washed inside-out on a cool cycle.

What’s the difference between 75% and 100% embroidery?

At 100%, thread covers the entire patch. At 75% or 50%, part of the colored twill base shows through, which lowers cost and stitch count for simpler designs.

Can you match my brand colors?

Yes. We match thread to your Pantone references as closely as the thread range allows and show the colors on your free mockup.

What’s the minimum order?

10 pieces per design, with no setup fees. The price per patch drops as quantity increases.
